Customer Feedback

Customer complain associated with order dispute or good’s damage need to be reported within 7 days upon good’s receive. Investigation and follow up action will be made within 3 business days upon receipt.

Good return

Must be pre-authorized, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in good condition and original packaging.
